Dr. Claude Pagou developed P2G to ensure that your business not only meets but exceeds all consumer and food safety standards. Executive Members
Claude Pagou moved to the United States from West Africa with his family in the late 1990s, eventually settling in Memphis, where he earned full citizenship in 2007.
After an early career in biotechnology, Claude joined the Fleischmann’s Yeast Memphis Plant as Quality Supervisor. Move to Chicago for an exciting opportunity with Diageo North America, a company that manufactures Liquor Products, Claude oversees a quality department as a quality Supervisor. After completion of his MBA, Claude decides to join Cross Road Farm Dairy, a Kroger Company that specializes in dairy manufacturing, as a Plant Quality Assurance Manager. After a brilliant career at Cross Road, Claude was called for a special expansion project at Super Store Industries in Turlock, California as a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. Recently Claude was called at Ocean Spray Cranberry Inc. Aberdeen WA to help with their audit preparation as a Consultant; then at Brooklyn Bottling Co. Milton NY as a Consultant to help with their quality compliance. Claude also helps Mizkan America at Rancho Cucamonga with their BRC audit preparation as a Consultant, and Carolina Dairy Biscoe NC with their Equipment Sanitary design and SSOP, MSS, and EMP ass a consultant manufacturing.
Claude is the President and Founder of the Dr. Pagou’s Foundation, a charity base foundation with the aim of helping provide clean water to the population in need worldwide, provide solid education as a key to fight poverty, and health in a rural and urban community in Africa and the third-word country. Also a Founder and CEO of PSQUARE GROUP.
In his spare time Claude practice Martial Arts. He is a master black in Judo with many competitions in his active. Also, as a person who loves to work with kids, Claude creates a soccer team in his kid’s school district. And make history since the school district has never had a soccer team before.

After a high school diploma, Claude obtains a BS and MS in Biochemistry and earns an advanced degree in Water Engineering, then an MBA and a Doctorate in Environmental Engineering. As it is not enough, Claude is working on a Doctorate in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
Claude has many manufacturing and industrial Certifications: HACCP, SQF, BRC, PCQI & FSMA, and Lean Manufacturing, including LSSBB, LSSMBB.
